What is the purpose of the 90-Day 1:1 Handling Grief Programme?

To help you grieve and complete your relationship to the pain and unfinished business caused by death, divorce, or any significant emotional loss.

When is it time to do my “grief work?”

The ideal time is as soon as possible. This is contrary to some opinions which suggest waiting at least 6 months.

Our memories of that relationship are most vivid and accurate immediately after the loss which makes it easy to access finished and unfinished business in the relationship.

Is it normal to be hurting and not fully living years after the loss?

Unresolved grief is not only negative, it is cumulative. Until it is processed it will rob you of your capacity for happiness. It isn’t time that heals but the correct actions you take during your grief journey.

How does this programme differ from therapy?

Grief is a natural and normal reaction to loss of any kind. It is not a personality disorder. This programme is an educational experience, teaching effective knowledge, tools and processes for handling grief.
