Your name and email address are stored with Funnel Sketchers, which I use to send newsletters and automated email sequences. Payment processing

If you purchase a product or programme, payment is handled by Stripe. I do not store your card details. Their privacy policy is available at https://stripe.com/privacy.

Website hosting and analytics

This website is hosted by GoDaddy. Basic analytics are provided by GoDaddy Native Analytics.

Legal requirement

I may disclose your information if required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of myself or others.

6. How long I keep your information

  • Newsletter and free guide subscribers: Your details are held for as long as you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe, your details are removed from the active list. Depending on the email platform settings, they may be retained in an archived list for up to 12 months before permanent deletion. You can request immediate deletion at any time by contacting me.

  • Programme clients: Contact information and session records are retained for six years from the end of the working relationship, in line with standard professional and accounting requirements.

  • Enquiries and discovery calls: Contact details from enquiries that did not progress to a programme are deleted after 12 months.

  • Financial records: Records required for tax purposes are kept for six years as required by HMRC.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data.

  • The right to be informed. You have the right to know how your data is used. This privacy policy provides that information.

  • The right of access. You can request a copy of the personal data I hold about you.
